We have been invited by the Surrey Wildlife Trust ecology team to visit this valley mire within the Barossa heathland nature reserve, managed by SWT and owned by the MOD. It is just over the border from N Hants although the site itself straddles the Surrey/Berkshire vice-county boundary.

There are some quite good species lists from over ten years ago including 11 Sphagnum species but there has been further management work since then including the creation of several dams.
