With great regret, it has been decided to postpone this workshop indefinitely because of the ongoing Covid 19 situation. The workshop will be mostly indoors, working with microscopes in a laboratory, and it would be very difficult to maintain social distancing. The workshop will be rescheduled once the situation improves, so please keep an eye on the website for future announcements.
An opportunity to learn about the main liverwort genera and species, the workshop will consist of lectures, microscope work and a couple of field outings and is being organised by local Secretary and Trainer: Lucia Ruffino.
The workshop will be held in the lab facilities of Treborth Botanic Gardens, near Bangor, North Wales (nearest postcode LL57 2RQ – SH5504 7103).
Arrival: 6pm Friday 23rd October – workshop ends: 4 pm Sunday 25th October 2020
· Numbers will be limited to 15 to fit comfortably in the lab room.
· You will need to book your own accommodation in the Bangor area.
· There will be an admin cost for the workshop of £15.00 per person.
To express an interest please email Lucia at email@example.com.
