This will be on 6 acres of private land in the Ceiriog valley incorporating grassland and oak wood with a spring and small stream. It is bordered by stone walls and there are adjacent slate mines. Parking is limited and it is steep and uneven in parts, so car sharing from the village will be essential. The grid reference for the gate is SJ19473755.
